Lady Raiders In Action
School is back in session, and as always, the Lady Raiders have a few fall sports contributors. Taylor Pearson got her first varsity start at setter on the volleyball team. Taylor played in some big games last year including the upset of Andover and the State Championship game. Volleyball , behind veteran coaches Scott Celli and Steve Wall try to defend its Division II North title, seek ing their fourth consecutive title. Gina Ciccone, a junior, started for Coach Celli as a sophomore and should provide valuable leadership on the floor along with the captains. Nicole Glavin, who filled in capably during injuries last season also has varsity experience.
Yesterday, the Volleyballers got off to a strong start, defeating Belmont at Belmont 3-0.
On the Field Hockey side, Middlesex League All-Star Sharon Porcaro returns as a starter for Amy Pascarell's squad.
