Some Melrose fans have ambitions for a broader exposure of MHS athletics, ideally via a centrally maintained website, run for and by MHS students. The site could include stories, statistics, features, league commentary, photographs, video, and more. It could become a subset of an expanded Melrose school system website, dovetailing with the community goal of promoting Melrose schools.
The website would create opportunities for students in website creation, management, and maintenance. It could even become part of the curriculum...maybe.
I invite your attention to the sidebar links to Melrose Wrestling and Melrose Volleyball. Let's hope that it part of the renaissance and recognition of the overall excellence of the Melrose school system and Melrose student-athletes.
