They had some interesting approaches, including regular film review with self-grading of player performance in various areas using a scale, such as always, usually, sometimes, rarely, never...
They felt this helped develop player accountability to a variety of skills such as blocking out, offensive rebounding, et cetera. The key teaching point was that players continued to grow in areas where they needed improvement based on their own objective evaluation.
